i find myself rather forgetful.
when i was talking to a friend about something then someone interrupted it, then my friend was asking what we were chatting earlier and i was like.. right, i'm not very sure too.
it's like wow, within minutes i actually forgot what we were discussing a few minutes ago.
now this is bad.
i've been having this problem since pretty long ago.
is this a sympton of young senile dementia? LOL.
i'm seriously thinking whether i've any illness because it's not possible that i can forget things that had just happened few minutes ago.
or does this happen to others too?
ugh i don't know.
hope this isn't any illness or whatsoever.

anyway had napfa on last friday.
i actually failed my shuttle run!
i've never failed my shuttle run and this is the very first time.
i guess the reason why i failed is because i'm getting old and the lack of exercise..
ah whatever, it's not as if we're gonna go to army anyway lol.
